With reasonable design solution and the best price, on August 15, 2019, FBT Vietnam Joint Stock Company has been officially assigned by the Owner - HPL Binh Xuyen Furniture Production and Import-Export Joint Stock Company - as EPC contractor implemented the project HPL furniture factory in Binh Xuyen - Vinh Phuc
Project scale:
- Total land area: 12,000 m2
- Total floor area of factory construction: 6,500m2 x 2 floors = 13,000m2
- Total floor area of 3-floor office building: 1800m2
- Total investment: VND 60 billion
- Location: Binh Xuyen 1 Industrial Zone - Vinh Phuc
It is expected that the EPC contract signing ceremony will be carried out in August 2019.
Currently, the design and construction permit application has been started by FBT Vietnam.
The project will start construction in early October 2019
